Linda Curtin – Principal, Central Ontario
Linda is a strategically minded and operationally focused senior executive leader with over 20 years of corporate leadership experience. She has held senior roles with private entrepreneurial owner managed organizations and large national corporate entities as the Director of Finance and CFO.
With a solid background in both internal and external audit roles, Linda has lead finance teams thru ERP / CRM system implementations, developed reporting tools, KPI’s and executive and sales team dashboards. She is passionate about making a difference and achieving results. Committed to quality, integrity and efficiency, her strengths include building and leading teams to creating value within the finance group. Driving change thru process improvements and strategic leadership, Linda proactively identifies and implements methods to improve the overall success of overall organizational success.
Linda has served on both sides of M&A activities and understand the cultural challenges in both large corporate entities and owner – manager companies. She is comfortable handling the detail, while focusing on the big picture to create value.
With specific industry experience in retail, manufacturing and distribution, including Lindsay Broadband Inc., Shoppers Home Health Care and Shoppers Drug Mart, Linda’s responsibilities included Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Strategic Planning.
Linda has also served on a number of community boards acting as an advisor and providing treasury support. She is a CPA, CA and has a Bachelor of Accounting from Brock University. She is also a recent graduate of the Financial Executives International (FEI) Canada CFO Leadership Beyond Finance program.
