Barry Hasler – Principal, York-Simcoe
Barry has extensive experience in wholesale marketing & distribution operations, serving in multiple roles before and during his tenure as Sony of Canada’s CFO. Barry has been responsible for corporate planning functions, both strategic and operational, finance & administration, property management, insurance & risk management, I.T. operations and supply chain management. Barry has experience in SAP implementations and corporate restructurings. He is also experienced with charitable foundations, having served as director and treasurer on the Sony Canada Charitable Foundation.
Experienced in process improvement and cost reductions, improving alignment of the organization through KPIs and supporting information systems, aimed at leaning the operation to improve cash flows.
Barry has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University and a Master of Business Administration degree from York University.
