Kayla Carmichael – Digital Marketing Manager
Kayla brings over 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with previous roles at Manulife Financial and Bell Canada. She has a “be bold but be smart” philosophy that has enabled her to pioneer the testing and targeting marketing strategies at organizations such as Bell. Kayla utilizes a combination of analytical storytelling and creativity to develop digital strategies that not only build on acquiring but also nurturing clients. Considering herself a people person that prides herself on building both working and nonworking relationships, she has found that a key to not only to marketing, but personal relationship success, is to listen and learn first.
Kayla loves to constantly expand her knowledge in Digital Marketing – there is never a time when she is not in a course. She has obtained her Adobe Expert Certification in Digital Marketing as well has obtain her IBM Data Science Professional Certification and has obtained a diploma in advertising and is currently now working towards obtaining her Bachelor of Computer Science.
During Kayla’s spare time she focuses on lifting people up, particularly women in the industry. She is an active member of the Digital Analytics Association and is a member/mentor for Py-Ladies and was a student member of the Canadian Marketing Association.
