Timothy has over 25 years’ experience in Canada, the US and Asia leading extensive business transformations in diverse industries and blue chip businesses with expertise in strategy development & execution, business development, profit & loss and cash flow management, leadership & team building, mergers & acquisitions, strategic alliances, ERP systems implementations, “big data” analytics, public company reporting & corporate governance, risk management, sourcing and refinancing of debt, costing / pricing for the global retail market, legal affairs & negotiations, tax planning, human resources & compensation matters.
In addition to his role as Executive Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer and Board member with the publishing giant Penguin / Pearson Group, where he partnered with the President and cross functional teams to scale the business from $30 million to $320 million, Timothy has served in executive operational, strategic and financial positions with other companies engaged in global trade across a variety of industry sectors including: consumer products / CPG; manufacturing; B2B; B2C; warehousing & distribution / 3PL / logistics & supply chain; ecommerce; subscription based businesses; advertising & corporate communications; retail; film & television production; and digital entertainment.
