Vinnie Recile – Principal, Western Ontario
Vinnie is a finance and business leader with 25 years of corporate management and consulting experience within several sectors including financial services, manufacturing, CPG, food services and technology. Vinnie has served in several senior financial roles within Fortune 500 companies such as General Electric, Canadian Tire Financial Services and Accenture. In the past 10 years, Vinnie has served as a CFO, COO and senior business adviser, helping fund, launch and support growth in the technology and e-commerce sectors and small to mid-sized businesses including franchises. She has led financial operations for e-commerce and private sector clients from seed to multi-million dollar organizations. She specializes in securing private debt and equity funding, government funding and lending and has worked with startups and mid-sized growth organizations to ensure working capital and cash needed to scale. Her expertise also includes building, and leading local and remote teams in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
Vinnie has a proven track record of success in developing the necessary financial and operational infrastructure needed to scale for rapid expansion and growth. She holds a black belt in Six Sigma and has implemented operational and efficiency initiatives that have driven millions in operational and inventory cost savings for organizations such as General Electric and Canadian Tire Financial Services, along with private organizations.
She has also led the transition of US based organizations through tax savings initiatives including the setup of off-shore banking and secured key tax declarations that led to significant tax rate reductions and savings. She has been recognized by the California Senate as a CFO of the year finalist in the Southern California region for her efforts in driving cost savings, improving cash flow and securitization of funding and debt restructuring.
Vinnie is also a professor of management accounting at a local college in Southwest Ontario and serves on the board of directors for Arts Milton and is Scout Leader.
She holds a CMA accounting designation and an Honors Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Brock University.
